$PARTY was the launch party: friends launching a token together. Afterparty is the next chapter, the part of the night after the launch.

nobody got a new wristband. the same guests, the same entry. the room is smaller now and the playlist is louder, and the ones who stayed are still on the floor.

the launch party ended. the seven never left the floor.

"last call?" it never comes.

the seven glossy pink spheres from the $PARTY logo. a bit sweaty, glowing under disco flecks, still dancing. they stay together on the floor. always.

dj orb

the centre sphere, in tiny black headphones. runs the playlist and calls every green candle a drop. when there's a milestone, dj orb is the one on the mic.
